Timothy Wells, Founder

Tim is a passionate design and innovation leader with 28 years of experience in a variety of industries; 26 of those years in medical device development with a proven track record of innovation, user-centered design, Human Factors, team building and leadership. Most recently serving as Vice President of Design for Chorus, LLC with responsibilities for human centered design, branding, and human factors strategy. Prior to that he served as Director of Industrial Design and Human Factors for Hologic Inc.’s Breast and Skeletal Health Division, where he established the processes for Industrial Design, Human Factors, user centered research and the brand / form identity across multiple franchises. He earned a BS in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati. Tim has been named as inventor on 35 patents in the Medical Device Industry.
